By accessing this website or placing an order with Crispy Sea Salt Chicken, operated by Heng Keets Enterprise (CT0166033-X), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
2. Our Products
We sell vacuum-packed, ready-to-eat crispy sea-salt chicken products, including whole chicken packs, half chicken packs, and chicken part packs (e.g. wings, drumsticks). Product availability, weight, and appearance may vary slightly from photos shown on this website, as each chicken is prepared individually.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are current at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete your order.
4. Ordering & Payment
- Orders are placed through our online order form, where you select your products and provide your contact details.
- Payment is made directly by you via Touch'nGo eWallet or DuitNow bank transfer, using the payment details shown at checkout.
- After payment, you are required to send your payment receipt/screenshot to us via WhatsApp so that we can confirm your order.
- An order is only confirmed once we have verified your payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that cannot be verified.
5. Delivery & Self-Pickup
- Self-pickup is available at our stall in Tanjung Sepat, Selangor, every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday.
- Delivery is available for customers within the Klang Valley area by prior arrangement. Delivery timing will be confirmed with you directly and may vary depending on demand and location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, customer unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. traffic, weather, courier delays).
6. Food Safety & Storage
- Our products are vacuum-sealed and should be kept frozen/refrigerated as indicated on the packaging until ready to prepare.
- Once thawed, product should be consumed promptly and should not be refrozen.
- Please follow the reheating instructions provided on our website or packaging for the best eating quality and food safety.
- Customers with food allergies or specific dietary concerns should contact us before ordering.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
As our products are freshly prepared perishable food items, orders generally cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed. If there is a genuine issue with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos/details, and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crispy Sea Salt Chicken and Heng Keets Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, beyond the value of the order concerned.

10. Governing Law
